Steven L. Kay is owner of the firm. He has practiced exclusively in the trusts and estates field for ten years, having practiced in both big firms and boutique firms. Steven graduated the University of Maryland at College Park in 1996 with a BA in History. He is a graduate of Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center. He was a member of the Law Review. He joined the law firm of Roy P. Kozupsky & Associates in 2005 where he headed the Estate Administration Department.

He is involved with several charitable organizations, and is a co-founding member of Metro New York Philanthropic Advisory Network, a network of professionals who counsel clients with charitable intent .

Steven resides in Manhattan on the east side with his wife Diane.
